Amber Sheridan, Care Dept., Health Information Specialist

The Health Information Specialist (HIS) works within the Care Department.  She is responsible for all functions of patient in-take, patient medical records collection, and patient care documentation. Our HIS also supports any additional requests from clients or their families.
