Victoria (Tori) Lloyd, Esq. has spent years fighting against financial or property thefts of vulnerable adults as an investigator for Adult Protective Services in Vermont. In 2011, she created the Financial Abuse Specialest Team of Vermont to bring together public and private stakeholders to prevent and mitigate financial exploitation. Through that work she saw the benefit of a multi-disciplinary approach and the need for cross-pollination between all entities working with elders and financial exploitation. Out of this work, FAST of America was born.
